1. Service Agreement

By booking services with Wedding Whisper Guild, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include bridal makeup, hair styling, and beauty consultations for weddings and related events.

2. Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your wedding date. Full payment is due 30 days before your wedding date. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the wedding date will receive a full refund minus the booking fee. Cancellations within 60 days are subject to our standard cancellation charges.

4. Service Delivery

We guarantee professional service delivery at the agreed time and location. Any changes to the schedule must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Liability

Wedding Whisper Guild maintains comprehensive insurance coverage. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for allergic reactions to products when proper consultation has been conducted.
